FAmily law

This is our primary area of service. It includes all main areas of family law including separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, separation and divorce, decision making (formerly called custody), parenting time (formerly called access), child support, spousal support, and child protection (representing caregivers and children).

We accept Legal Aid Ontario certificates for family law and child protection cases.

collaborative family law

We emphasize Collaborative Family Law as a dignified way to resolve family issues.

family mediation

We offer family mediation services for two or more persons.

Wills & Powers of attorney

We drafts wills and powers of attorney (for property and personal care). Our services do not include estate litigation or estate administration.

criminal law (young persons)

We represent youth charged under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. We also represent adults in summary conviction criminal offence cases.

We accept Legal Aid Ontario certificates for criminal law cases.

education law

We represent parents and students dealing with issues involving Catholic school boards such as special education services, suspensions, and expulsions.
